Please note: All custom made items can take 2-3 weeks for delivery.
We know that once you have placed your order with us you want to receive your jewellery promptly. All items are despatched quickly and shipped on a first class Royal Mail recorded delivery service.
UK DELIVERY £5.50 ROYAL MAIL 1ST CLASS SIGNED FOR 2-3 days
EUROPE £7.95 PARCEL FORCE 3-5 days
REST OF THE WORLD PARCEL FORCE £11.95 5-7 days
UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY CAN BE USED AT A COST OF £7.95 ON WEEKDAYS, OR £11.25 FOR A SATURDAY DELIVERY (ROYAL MAIL NOW CHARGE EXTRA FOR A WEEKEND DELIVERY). PLEASE ALSO NOTE THAT THE LAST TIME OF ORDERING FOR A NEXT DAY SERVICE IS 3PM IN ORDER FOR US TO PREPARE YOUR ORDER. AFTER 3PM IT WILL BE POSTED THE FOLLOWING DAY ON A NEXT DAY SERVICE - PLEASE CALL IF YOU REQUIRE THIS. PLEASE ALSO NOTE THAT NEXT DAY DELIVERY DOES NOT APPLY TO CUSTOM MADE ITEMS.
COLLECTION - COLLECT FROM THE BALLROOM BLING STAND AT COMPETITIONS WE ARE ATTENDING, IN THE UK. PLEASE CALL TO ARRANGE - YOU NEED TO LET US KNOW WHICH COMP YOU WOULD LIKE TO COLLECT FROM - THE EASIEST WAY TO DO THIS IS BY FACEBOOK MESSENGER TO THE BALLROOM BLING PAGE.
*Please bear in mind that site traffic will be higher the closer we get to a competition date, so we would recommend that you allow at least 7 days prior to a competition date for your jewellery to be ordered. If in any doubt, or on a shorter deadline than this, we would ask you to call us to check we can deliver to you in time for your competition.
BREXIT and the EU
Please note that following Brexit, each Country will collect its own Customs Duties. We have no control over this. This means that in addition to the cost of your goods, you may be liable to a further Customs Tax which is payable locally, and must be paid direct to them before they will deliver your item.
INTERNATIONAL (excluding EU)
Customs duties may be due on your items, which will need to be paid locally.
Payment
We accept secure payments through PayPal.
You do not have to have a Paypal account to pay using this method.
To check out as a guest without a PayPal account please click the pink button that says Payment on the Order Summary page, then on the next page click on the grey Check Out as Guest button. Then enter your card details and your payment will be processed.
If you have any questions about this process please call us.
Paypal will process your payment safely and 100% securely whether you have an existing account with them or not.
Your credit or debit card number will never be exposed to us or any other merchant when you shop online using PayPal.
Every purchase is confirmed by email receipt.
